I have been using Pears and Bill for almost twenty years and never look elsewhere as they offer competitive pricing, fabulous service and quality. The fitter was extremely competent, professional and kept me informed at all stages. On completion the windows were cleaned and all areas tidied before leaving. I cannot recommend them enough and without question only recommend those businesses I completely trust.

Exceptional service and advice. We have a Victorian property that we wanted to put back in some original style sash and create a grander feel. Pears have recently replaced all our doors and windows, not a small job with over 20 individual units being specified, designed and installed. We were recommended by friends to Pears ourselves and we were not let down. Bill, listened to our needs and there were no pushy sales techniques just a willingness to listen, understand our needs and provide his input. The installation team were fantastic too. Honestly, brilliant. They worked so hard and completed our work in 3 days. They were clean, tidy and helpful too. All in all we heartily recommend Pears, they are brilliant.

I was previously very disappointed with this company, since they had not provided a quotation following a visit to my home. Following a telephone call to me, this was a simple admin mix-up. The director was sincerely apologetic and promptly provided the quotation. I have accepted that this was a "falling through the cracks" moment.
