  Replace an electric shower

  Tenant reported a faulty shower on Monday. Scott advised that a new shower was required and fitted one the following day. Once fitted, he showed the tenants how it worked and left the bathroom as tidy as when he arrived. The price was very competitive and the work was first class. My tenant was most impressed with the fact that the problem was fixed in less than 24 hours from notifying the landlord.

  Leaking radiator valve

  Tenant noticed a small leak from the radiator valve (TRV) and sent me a text at 11pm. I contacted Scott at PPHD and he repaired it the very next day using stock he had on his van. No fuss, no huge bill. Just good, honest work.

  Plumbing in a washing machine

  Scott was really nice, came when he said he would, was very efficient and made a very tidy job of connecting into the pipework. He thoroughly checked the job before he left so that the washer ran smoothly, no leaks and no problems. I would highly recommend him.

  Radiator leak under floor

  Came out at a convenient time. Quick and easy fix. Got the job done within the hour and put the carpet back down nice and neat too. Really happy and would call again.
