Perry Construction carried out a very professional job, completed on time, within budget and to a high standard of workmanship. Careful planning of issues such as access and waste disposal before the job began helped everything to go smoothly. The price, start date and the various stages were all agreed well in advance, with the correct paperwork completed, and notice was given of any necessary changes to the schedule. The company was easy to contact by email and text message and our queries were answered promptly. Our requests and suggestions were listened to and taken into account.

I cannot rate John and his team highly enough. After an initial visit we received a ballpark figure quote which John then converted into an accurate quote after further discussion and another visit to the property. This is the price we paid. Communication was clear and response prompt throughout the entire project. The whole team was friendly and polite throughout. The standard of work is exceptional and we were consulted throughout the process as issues arose. We would now never dream of having anyone else do any work on our property. Thank you!!

John and his team were always courteous, the work was explained as it progressed, issues were brought up in a timely way and solutions always found, and the quality of work looks to be excellent. There is nothing we can find to be negative about, and we'd most definitely use John again if the situation arose.
