  Ensuring Rats are Kept out of the House

  Our neighbours and we had a problem of rats getting in the house. We were able to isolate that it was coming from the kitchen behind the cabinet by the sink and dishwasher. Andy arrived perfectly on time and was professional, friendly, courteous and thorough. He inspected the kitchen, then each room in the house to ensure there was no other possibility of pest entry. He then inspected the kitchen area, behind the dishwasher and skin, and found the point of entry and blocked it. Throughout, he explained what he was doing, and left us confident that he had resolved the issue. Thank you!

  Wood mice

  Found that we had Wood Mice in the cupboard under the stairs after finding a hole in bags of bird seeds. Put some Humane mouse traps down and freed 16 mice, had enough of more appearing, so called Andy who visited our house the following day. Inspected outside of the house and pointed out that 3 air brick areas required rodent proof air vents. Placed 5 baited boxes in the cupboard, following day 2 dead mice. No more mice in the house since fixing rodent proof vents (purchased online via pest control site) over existing large holed air brick vents. Andy expert advice was excellent.

  Fantastic pest control service

  This is the second time we have used this company, once for bed bugs and another for rats. Andy is very quick to respond via Whatsapp, very efficient and reliable and went out of his way to assist at short notice. Highly recommend. Thanks Abi

  Investigate rat problem and remove problem.

  After my enquiry, Andy got straight back to me and made an appointment to come round within a couple of days. Very knowledgeable, clearly highly experienced in vermin control. Identified the problem areas and either did the necessary work or highlighted what needed doing. Very reassuring to have an expert. Highly recommend.

  Unwanted Mouse

  I called Andy on a Wednesday evening having found a mouse in the bedroom, he came the next day to put the bait boxes down. Andy was so helpful and really understanding of my fear of mice, he couldn’t have been anymore patient if he tried
