Had a problem with a Glis Glis. Never had pest control out before but found PCSG on here and gave them a call. It’s a Saturday and this company came within a few hours! Safi was absolutely amazing. He helped us so much. The Glis escaped where it came through but Safi secured the area so it can not come back in. He is professional, friendly, so so helpful and kind. Thank you so much. We can’t thank you enough!

The service cost £180 and was a rip off. The chap put down rat poison without doing a full site survey. We may also have squirrels, bats or glis glis. The problems continued after 2 weeks and the employee requested a further £90 to top up the trays of poison and return in 2 weeks. There was no advanced notification saying that more money would be needed. I feel misled. I have now contracted a professional company who are undertaking a full site survey including the drains to identify the type(s) of rodent and to resolve matters humanely. I would never recommend Pest Control Service Group.
