We have 2 warehouses & a showroom that Pest ID look after for us. We made an enquiry with them after being let down by another company & the transition couldn't have been easier. They were very helpful on the phone & sent Bobby out to see us, he surveyed all 3 premises, added boxes where necessary & visits us monthly. He always comes to the office first to check if it's ok to walk around & check the boxes & comes back after with a verbal report which is followed up with a written report by email. We love the fact that it's always Bobby & we are not constantly getting different operatives.

I would fully recommend this company for their professional, swift and helpful service. Their staff are kind, friendly and very trustworthy.

I recently used PestID for a pest control issue and was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. When I first called, I was quite panicked about the situation, but Jo in the office was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and calming. She took the time to listen, explain the process, and put my mind at ease straight away. Bobby, the young technician who attended, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He clearly explained the treatment he was carrying out and provided useful advice on preventing future problems
