After calling several companies about an ant infestation in my kitchen and being quoted between £200 and £450, I spoke to Alison at Pest Control. She took the time to listen to what had been happening over the past few months and what I'd already tried, then honestly reassured me that I'd done the right things and the problem was probably already resolved. She could easily have charged me for a call-out, but instead she put honesty before profit, which I really appreciated. It was so refreshing to speak to someone so genuine. I will definitely call Alison next year if the ant return.
