  Squirrel issue in the loft

After issues with another company we contacted Ryan, initially for help and advice. Boy are we glad we did! He explained why the advice from the other company could lead to bigger issues down the line and offered to come and look at the squirrel issue for us. He was really knowledgable and informative through, explaining what he would do and why. We agreed a fixed price for the work and are really happy with the result. Ryan successfully caught the squirrels and was available for advice in between visits too. He was friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend him!

  Pest Identification and Treatment

Ryan came quickly when we reported droppings (suspected mouse) on the windowsill and path outside our extension. He was totally professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified bats, a protected species and reassured us that they do no harm to cables or property. If they had been mice, Ryan came prepared with pet safe treatments and would have set the traps that day as well as securing the entry points and planning follow up visits to ensure a successful outcome. He sent a detailed treatment report and is completely efficient and trustworthy. We absolutely recommend him.

  Prompt and Great Service

Ryan informed texted his arrival time as he had promised. On arrival he was shown two areas we believed had wasps nests. Ryan proceeded to watch and analyse what was happening with the wasps and advised one of the locations was in fact not the case, but a nearby location was where the wasps nest was located.. We found this to be a very thoughtful and professional manner practised by Ryan. Ryan then went about the business of spraying the affected areas and at the end of the process advised the timescale for improvement to be seen. Nothing to say except praise for his service and communication.
