PestKill are the second company we have used to resolve a rat problem. The experience with the first company was terrible, whereas Pestkill were far more professional. Very informative and helpful and did a thorough inspection of the property and grounds, identifying a number of runs and potential entry points. I rang Pestkill this morning as we have a rat problem. They were very helpful and I had a visit from Darren a couple of hours later. It was such a relief to have such prompt service. Darren was very thorough and very knowledgeable and helpful . He went around the property inside and outside. He pointed out possible rodent entry points and found evidence of rodent activity. He then put down poison granules inside and safe boxes outside. He was very patient and understanding. I explained that for me, the only type of good rodent is a dead one! Darren has been fantastic from start to finish and has been great at communicating with us throughout including advice around next steps to make sure the dreaded rats stay away! I recently had a rat problem in my loft and Pestkill came to the rescue!! Darren promptly came out, inspected and laid bait traps, very efficient, professional and with great communication. After several visits the issue was resolved and he kept me informed every step of the way.
