Capping gas pipe

Replace burst tap connector pipe, replace tap insert, replace cistern inlet valve
Paul came round first thing the morning after I called, bang on the time he said. Fixed the burst connector pipe and checked the other one for damage. Replaced the tap insert, instantly diagnosed the cistern problem based on my description of "a weird howling noise", popped out to get the part and fitted it all in about an hour. Also wasn't fazed at all by by 6yo chatting to him incessantly about her hair, her school and a satellite she'd made. Electric shower replaced and appliances tested for gas safety certificate.
