Replace radiators/toilet/wash basin and modify all necessary pipework
Usual excellent service from Neil even though he was in severe discomfort from a back injury. The jobs (several radiators, toilet and wash basin) were far more complicated than they initially looked but all was overcome and the end result far better than the original installation. No hesitation in recommending PHE.

Stopping leak in boiler. Replacement of Heat exchanger and replace the main stop tap.
Neil Quickly resolved the leak in the boiler which was due the the condenser not being fitted properly. He discovered that the reason why the water temperature was running hot and suddenly cold and explained her would need to replace the heat exchanger which is located at the back of the boiler. The mains stop tap was not working and he decided to replace it completely. He showed me the old tap and showed me that it was not working at all. He needed to order the heat exchanger and provided me with a quote for all the work. I would recommend PHE-Services for any plumbing or heating work.

Added wall electrical sockets and other works
Neil added 2 sets of wall sockets to our master bedroom, replaced one damaged light switch and removed an old light fixture in the living room. This is the third experience we’ve had from Neil and as always he’s been great!

New extractor fan fitted in loft space.
Neil Kearney fitted our new bathroom extraction fan to our entire satisfaction. His work was professional and delivered in a friendly helpful way. Just what we needed at a very reasonable price. We would recommend him to anyone.

Consolidating plumbing to a boiler. Cleaning central heating system. Capping of unwanted gas supply.
Can't recommend Neil highly enough. Willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Turned up on time and put in more than a full days work.
