Really grateful for the quick professional service from Plum-It Services last week. Our stopcock was leaking badly in our kitchen, they came out the same morning and replaced our old tap. Lovely friendly team

The shower control cartridge was replaced on a date and time to suit me. It was completed quicker than expected by a courteous young plumber. He left the shower and bathroom clean and tidy. Great service as usual from Plum-It.

Norman came and listened carefully to my description of the problem and arranged to come back with a new valve. This hopefully will solve the issue. Very pleased.

The plumber & his assistant were very professional & polite. Fitted two new taps & a ballcock to a very old cistern, so the job was more complex than originally viewed. They worked as a team & the work was completed to an excellent standard, they cleaned up beautifully too. Thoroughly recommend their service, all staff polite & extremely helpful. Certainly will call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Plum-IT were key when we bough a recently closed seasonal AirBNB with a view to renting it out - only to then discover the system was riddled with issues, couldn't maintain flow, pressure, was full of rust and had organisms growing in the pipes. The team carefully worked through the entire system, and overhauled it checking off issues as they arose. The system now provides hot water, but actually heats the property as well. I can't wait to get Plum-IT into some of other sites, and maybe then we might end up fixing some of the issues that have previously mystified other companies.
