Attend site, locate blockage, remove toilet pan, clear blockage, replace with new toilet pan.
Highly professional and friendly to work with. Solved issue as quickly as possible. Very responsive to call the night before and booked in for the following day. Would use again.

CCTV Surveys for Drains

Carry out CCTV drainage and provide a report including a map of drain and sewer pathways.
Unfortunately, no report was ever provided. On booking I was told the report would be provided the next day, however this has prolonged to almost 4 weeks now. Ricky kept promising he will do it and provide it by the end of the day but never delivered. I was given raw videos with no corresponding information regarding what drain it is.Was given a rudimentary sketch of the drain map which is not legible. Unfortunately I needed this for insurance purposes all the while the blocked drain is causing damage to my house.Avoid this company for drainage CCTV as this area is beyond their depth.

We were asked to carry out a CCTV survey of the drains. On arrival we found numerous drains blocked and we cleared those, we carried out a cctv survey of the drains and provided a job sheet with the damages and provided CCTV footage of the damaged areas. We have submitted more than enough information for the insurance company to make a decision that the drainage should be covered by a claim. I have explained this to the customer but she is waiting on a full schematics of her drainage layout for £170. This would normally cost somewhere in the region of £300-400 pounds. I admit I have been busy and she is waiting on the drainage report. But I also said that she has enough information to provide the insurance company in the meantime. I’m sorry you feel like this so I’ll accept the negative feedback and move on with my day.
