Tony and his team arrived promptly at 7.30am and were friendly and courteous. They fitted a new combi boiler, new radiator and new thermostats on our old ones. They worked hard all day and finished the job sooner than we expected. Tony was very knowledgeable about the central heating system and took time to explain how we use it. He made sure we were completely happy before leaving and that everything was left clean and tidy. Tony was very professional, courteous and helpful throughout. He arrived promptly for a 7.30 start and worked efficiently with Aaron to remove my old boiler and install a new gas one. He was very knowledgeable, conscientious and all work carried out was of a very high standard, combined with excellent customer care. He explained how everything worked and patiently answered all of my questions. All rubbish was removed and the area was left very clean and tidy. Tony and his team removed our back boiler and the 2 water tanks. Then fitted a Worcester Bosch combi in a different location.Reduced the fireplace opening and installed a new chimney pot , in order to fit the new gas fire.They worked non stop from 7.30 a.M. Plumb, Gas and Heat LTD came highly recommended, they did not disappoint. Tony carried out a home visit followed swiftly by a competitive email quote. We had a fairly large job of a Conventional boiler rip out (including the removal of the header tank and cylinder) replaced with a Combi boiler. Tony and his team stayed within the agreed timescale and the quality of work was to a very high standard. Tony and his colleague were absolute stars. After a nightmare few months with other big named companies not knowing what to do, Tony came gave a quote and booked us in. Worked none stop the whole time they were here and left my house looking like I'd hired cleaners. They were professional and polite with a good sense of humour. Tony and his team arrived in time, at 7:30 and treated my house as there own. Was clean and tidy, and fitted the boiler with great professionalism.
