From the initial visit to cost the work to be done, Ben and his team have been great. They have been in constant contact and attending site bang on time each appointment. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is really appreciated and they stayed in constant touch even when the supplier sent the wrong item twice, in the end we had them supply the goods and it was delivered fast and on time. i would highly recommend to anyone wanting an excellent job done. i have also recommended them to family who now also sing their praises. We were out of heating when the weather was very cold. Ben came to rescue and installed a new boiler for us. He was very friendly and professional. He explained us the fault and alternatives options in detail. All work was carried out in a timely fashion. I asked Ben for his opinion on a quote I had received to replace the boiler in one of my BTL properties. Whilst what I had been quoted was not unreasonable, Ben was able to beat it, plus he collected the keys from the estate agents who manage the property and completed the work within 2 days of our speaking. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and he took away any stress or worry from me. He started his career working for Basildon Council, completing all their boiler breakdown call outs for their tenanted homes. From here he moved to N-Power where he was given extensive training enabling him to become one of their top service and breakdown engineers. Luke is our top-notch plumbing man with over thirteen years’ experience specialising in high specification bathrooms, kitchens and properties. Luke left school and went straight into the family plumbing business . Luke has spent the last thirteen years working in West London on large, high specification builds for property developers, working with some of the wealthiest clients out there, including some A-listers! His eye for detail, and expert knowledge means that all your plumbing requirements will be dealt with precision and perfection.
