Firstly thank you for choosing Plumbcraft for your recent boiler work in your caravan. You reported an intermittent L2 fault which was found to be due to a weak and intermittent ignition spark. To resolve the fault we recommended the spark generator and electrodes be replaced because they were worn. We provided prices in advance and you decided to proceed with the repair which was 100% successful. We appreciate boiler repairs are an unwanted and often unexpected expense. Your review is clearly your reaction to an unwanted expense rather than an objective opinion of the service we provided.
