“Phil was fantastic from start to finish. We had an issue with low shower pressure, and he responded very quickly and got straight to the root of the problem. He explained everything clearly, sorted the issue there and then, and had the shower working properly in no time. What really stood out was how approachable, professional, and helpful he was throughout. It’s such a relief when you find someone reliable who clearly knows their trade and takes pride in their work. Excellent all round

We were desperate for our new radiator to be fitted in the main bedroom before the new carpet was laid. We contacted Pip on the Monday morning, just hours before the carpet was due to be fitted. He came straight round for us and done the job within a couple of ours for a very reasonable fixed price. He ia lovely guy. Very polite and courteous and a great sense of humor. Really knows his stuff and gave us good advice on other matters relating to our plumbing set up. We would highly recommend Pip to anyone who wants a job done properly and for a fair price.

Pip was really helpful and methodically worked through the possible causes for the problem. He attended on three occasions as we thought the issue was resolved. Great communication as to when he would attend and what he was planning to do. Really helpful and tenacious until the problem was traced to a rogue water softener ad the problem resolved. A1 service.
