Richard is obviously very experienced and a perfectionist. He tells you the truth about what your system is like and what you require. He detailed it all to me before starting the work. And scheduled a date for install, once price agreed (Very fair price) arrived on time, work was brilliant. Cleaned up throughout and afterwards. Went through the new system me to make sure I could operate it and verified no leaks before he left. I can't recommend Richard enough. A top quality tradesman, thank you very much from a happy customer!

Richard came out to inspect my boiler which had stopped working/blew, no call out fee. I had my boiler replaced within a week, Richard and Fred were very helpful, even cleaned the pipes and work tops. I wound 100% recommend this company. Thank you again for your rapid response and excellent job.

Rich and Fred did an excellent job in replacing our boiler, fitting extra pipework, replacing radiator valves and a full system flush all done in a very timely manner. Rich always kept us informed if he found some thing that needed addressing and they always left they area they worked in clean and tidy, we will definitely be using Gas Smart Teesside for all our other needs

Responded to an emergency call-out for a leaking boiler on a Saturday, arriving within 30 minutes of the call. Diagnosed and clearly explained the issue, walking me through the possible solutions with honest recommendations. Our new boiler was fully fitted and running by Monday afternoon. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Richard is a pleasure to work with, a master of his craft! He extended a flue for me and performed my annual service on my Boiler. I've worked with Richard a few times now and he's always done a top notch job, on-time and leaves the work area tidier than when he came. Would definitely recommend for any work.👍🏼
