  Full house renovation with loft conversion, new toilets, new heating and UFH

  The BEST of the building contractor 100% satisfied on the results and their manner to clients, such a great team never missed. They are polite, supportive and shows the can-do attitude. During the process they are well communicated and understand the client needs. The final result is excellent and finished on time and budget.

  Loft conversion, installation of new bathroom suite and decoration

  We were so impressed with the service offered by Portico from start to finish. We dealt mainly with Owen and Joe and they couldn't have been more responsive when we needed to discuss things with them. The costing was clear and transparent from the start. The co-ordination of the various teams was almost seamless and, without exception, everyone was prompt, considerate and completed their work to a high standard. Their communication was exemplary - even when we were away. They were also able to recommend a couple of local businesses for additional things. Would very happily use them again.

  Remodelling entire downstairs (inc structural work) over 5 months plus complete outside renovation.

  Portico were fantastic from start to finish. Owen project managed and Joe and a Sonny did a great job leading the day to day work. Every member of the team is amazing: profressional, considerate and works to a very high standard. We’re so happy with the work Portico did and will recommend them to anyone we speak to. They were all excellent but Alex (Carpenter), Rich (Electirican) and Martin (Plumber) all deserve special mention. Thank you.

  Extension, new kitchen. Portico provided builders, carpenters and installed kitchen and green roof.

  Brilliant from beginning to end. Listened carefully, made excellent recommendations, sorted any unforeseen problems with warmth and readiness. Everyone on site enjoyed their work and seemed to genuinely care about what they were doing. They were great to have around. They were reasonably priced and incredibly came in on time and on budget, in spite of changes/adaptations and us living in the house for most of the time. We absolutely love what they've done. Honestly can't recommend highly enough! We feel very fortunate to have found them.

  Loft extension and full refurb

  This is my 3rd renovation using Portico. As always, the service from start to finish has been top notch and the final product is outstanding. Joe/Sonny and the entire team go above and beyond to deliver exactly what's required. I wouldn't trust any other building firm with my projects. Highly recommended.

  Side return and complete redesign of house

  Very professional company, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for with builders. Finish was very good, and the company were excellent about following up with snagging, even if we discovered something a significant time after the build was completed. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. We would highly recommend.
