Replacement panes and new garage guttering
We have used this company many times and will do so again. The fitters were courteous and did an excellent job. Friendly, helpful and informative. Stuart and Steve were mindful of our daughter's home and removed their shoes on entry into the property of which we were very appreciative. Thank you once again for an excellent job.
Cat flap
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I wish all companies were like this! Excellent communication from the get go, timely and tidy installation of a glass pane and cat flap. Really impressed.
Conservatory leak
I have a glass roofed conservatory attached to my Bungalow. Every time it rains water leaks in onto the floor. The reason for the leak has been unclear and other companies have failed to fix it. Precision Repairs have worked hard to identify the cause and I am now confident it will be fixed once the weather improves.
Window replacement
Very pleased with the work done by Precision Repairs to replace some of our windows. Good advice given during the quote and the subsequent work was carried out to a high standard with a minimum of fuss. The guys were friendly and courteous. Would recommend.
Leaking conservatory ventilator
We engaged Precision Repairs and they came and carried out repairs to water coming through the roof ventilators. The repair didn’t work and we asked them to come back. The second repair didn’t work wither and they came back again. This time they just measured the windows and said they needed new hinges. Having already paid over £400 for the initial failed repair they then asked for another £370 for the replacement hinges. I pointed out to Annette we had already paid for the repair but have not heard back!
Fitting of new hinges to our outdoor french doors, also new larger hinges on three windows
Darren and Steve from Precision Repairs fitted the above hinges and their workmanship, tidiness very good, time keeping (arrived spot on 9am) and very courteous. They have done work for us previously, hence we employed them again, also we have recommended them to friends in the past and will do so in the future.
Replace back door
I needed to replace a broken back door and a window panel where the seals had gone. Both repairs were carried out very efficiently, to a high standard and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Precision Repairs again should the need arise.
