Changing a backdoor lock
Great service. Quick, timely and friendly.
Repairing broken strip, re-aligning door and servicing the lock
George and Spencer did an amazing job. They responded within the hour to our call for help Worked magic on what we had thought would be an impossible job, where we expected to have to have a new door. Extremely helpful. Will be recommending them to friends and neighbours.
To investigate/replace a failed door damper within an aluminium door within our reception area.
I left a message upon the Premier Locksmiths web site (contact area), the same morning, I received a response from George O'Leary. I provided photos of the door in question and the same day, a visit date was confirmed together with the cost for replacement items etc. George and his colleague Spencer arrived as arranged and completed the work as planned and to a high quality standard. One part of the system was not required, the invoice value was discounted accordingly. A friendly and competent service, please do give George a call, I would highly recommend Premier Locks for your own needs.
Replacing the lock
George and Spencer came to replace our lock and service our back door. When starting the job, they noticed that the door wasn't properly aligned and was affecting how the door opened and closed (which we had noticed previously but didn't know the issue). They realigned it (at no extra cost), replaced the lock and offered helpful advice on how we could improve the door further without pressuring us into purchasing more parts from them. They were efficient, friendly and completed the job to a very high standard.
