Replacement radiators

We've used Primary Flow a few times before as we've always found Tony to be a nice Guy and very good at what he does. This time was no exception. We had 4 radiators replaced by Tony and as always we are really pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Fix hole in gas pipe

Replacement boiler, new programmer

Unlike a lot of tradesmen, Tony answered messages promptly and arrived at the time he said he would. The quote was reasonable and once agreed the work was booked in pretty quickly. The whole process was completed with minimal disruption and everywhere was left clean and tidy.

Removal of all old radiators and installation of new.

Tony removed all radiators on the first day as the new ones were not due to arrive until the following day and upon arrival installed them along with any new pipework to the appropriate sizes along with new self balancing valves as well as resolving a blockage in an existing vertical radiator that had a airlock and had not worked properly since installation. Tony was prompt, tidy and good value for the work done.

Full boiler service with all seals changed

Tony was really helpful when explaining what the full gas boiler service would entail, reasons for changing the seals, and was flexible in arranging the engineer appointment at a convenient time. On the day he was punctual, polite and very tidy in the home. I will definitely use his services again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality and fair priced plumber.
