Prompt, courteous and efficient.
The cause of the leak to the towel radiator was traced and advice given to pursue replacement under product guarantee. Evidence was provided to assist with that which is now being pursued. Replaced bathroom sink tap
Very good. Engineer came to replace a bathroom sink tap. Took off the old wonky tap, let me clean the limescale off the basin that was around the old tap, before fitting the new tap quickly (and straight!). Engineer was polite and wore slip on rubber soles for his boots so as not to scuff my flooring. Cleaned up afterwards as well.
