    New curved stairlift

    We had to get a stairlift installed quickly for my elderly mother. Josh came out promptly to measure and take photos and provided a quote which was transparent in what it included and explained this clearly to my mother and myself. Sarah was also soon in touch regarding further details and arranging the installation. The installation was performed by an extremely pleasant and efficient engineer who left no mess and fully explained to my mum how to use her new stairlift. A couple of days later Sarah visited my mum to make sure she fully understood everything. Many thanks for an excellent job

    Kind & efficient

    Sarah came and inspected the site, & within 3 days the stairlift was fitted. Everyone involved was very kind & professional. There was a slight problem 2 days later and within a very short time John was here & sorted it for us. Very impressed with the whole company. 10 out of 10

    Excellent service from both fitters. From initial order to installation we thought the business was extremely focused in delivering a service of excellence. The fitted stairlift allows me to be a little more independent. Should you require the services of Priority Stairlifts I highly recommend making contact in the first instance.     Just had a Stairlift installed by priority from our first phone call and meeting with Sarah to it's installation by Josh and Tyler everything was done in such a kind and professional way .The phone call after the installation meant a lot ,Thank you Sarah and team i would highly recommend you 5 star plus from me

    The team at Priority were just outstanding when my mum needed a stairlift installed urgently after coming out of hospital. I cannot praise the service from the entire team enough. Everything explained, tidy job, kind and considerate, lovely to deal with, and an excellent price. It will transform mum’s life and she could not be happier.
