10 Removing a mouse problem in the loft

Jason was able to fit us in a very short notice! He was on time with really clear communication. He came and set down bait and explained the hows and whys of why we have mice. We called Jason as we heard noises in our loft. He came out quickly, was very friendly and explained everything to us. In no time at all he had established that we had rats up there and dealt with the problem. We have not heard anything in the loft since. Jason is a polite professional person, he arrived at the agreed time and did a thorough inspection of the property. He identified the entry point, which unfortunately is in a narrow 5cm gap between us and our neighbours property, which is inaccessible to anyone except the rodent.
