The Pro-Plumb team came out same day to look at our hot water issue which ultimately needed to be a boiler replacement. They were highly professional, the fault was diagnosed quickly, and we were quoted for a range of options (like for like swap on old system and swap to a combi boiler) and different boiler makes/models which were all clearly explained. All work was carried out to an extremely high standard, neat and tidy, and conducted very thoroughly, with an explanation of how the new thermostat worked. The team also tidied up and took away our old boiler for us. Would highly recommend!
