Chris tried a new ballcock, when he came back the day after, this wasn’t quite workIng due to the old hot water system, so he capped off the cold water feed at my request as the old immersion heater was not being used anyway, after checking everything for leaks which there wasn’t, he is coming back in a week to check everything is ok again in his own time which is very conscientious of him and good customer service.Verified reviewerJob location: S710 Fixed a leak under sink a tricky job

We would highly recommend Chris! He came out to us as an emergency as we noticed our kitchen tap was sticking and hard to turn. He came out to us and inspected the tap (free of charge). It turned out to be a bigger problem than we first anticipated. We needed a new tap and also new pipe work under the sink as it was leaking. Chris was punctual, friendly and explained everything to us from start to finish. His price was extremely reasonable considering how hard he worked to fix it for us and spent hours on his knees repairing the pipes. Job location: S12Our toilet was leaking and we needed someone urgently. We rang Chris and he came out to us in less than an hour. He assessed the job, collected the parts he needed and did an excellent job and tidied up after himself. He is also calling in next week to check it’s still ok. Would definitely recommend9.25 Re sealing of leaking bath
