  Full home renovation

  We can't recommend David and team highly enough! They have completely transformed our home and the quality of their work has been outstanding from start to finish. They carried out a full renovation, including removing our old kitchen and bathrooms, stripping wallpaper, removing flooring, redecorating throughout, fitting new radiators, rewiring the electrics, and installing new pipework ready for our bathrooms and kitchen extension. Every aspect of the job was completed to an excellent standard with real attention to detail and professional advice given along the way. Thank you!!

  I woud highly recommend

  Supporting internal wall removed and new kitchen and utility room installed plus new floooring throughout. Job was completed on time and to a high standard. Very well managed by Dave and all trades were great, friendly and completed work to a very high standard.

  Garage conversion and home refreshments

  We recently hired this builder for a garage conversion and a toilet refresh, along with new electrical and plumbing work inside the house. From start to finish, David and the team was helpful, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. Every member of the crew was polite, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the conversion is excellent, with attention to detail throughout. They handled new electrical installations, water pipe work, and also fitted a new boiler and water cylinder smoothly and professionally. Will recommend to others.

  Kitchen refurbishment and creation of downstairs cloakroom

  David and his team carried out a full kitchen refurbishment and creation of a downstairs cloakroom. Works included installing two skylights and French doors. All the work was carried out to a high standard by the team who were professional and friendly. David ensured that the work ran smoothly and was always very quick to respond to any questions.   Complete property renovation

  I used Property Refurbishments Guildford for the complete renovation of a 3 bedroom bungalow. Works included new plumbing and electrics, skirting, doors, kitchen, bathroom suites, re-plastering and a knock through. Dave and Team were fantastic and handled the project with care and diligence. They also addressed the area specific issue of low water pressure by way of a roof space accumulator. Post project support has also been excellent as I thought it would be.
