Ray created two bedrooms out of one. Plastered walls and decorated both rooms. Also we had two rooms that needed to be joined to make one, plastered walls and ceilings with added coving. Two staircases and walls painted. Hallway paper stripped and painted. Ray and Steve were an absolute pleasure to have around for the 6 weeks they were here. I cannot fault there work at all. After a coffee and morning catch up they got on with the job in hand. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely contact again for more work when money allows.

Completely refurbished 2 bedrooms, hall, stairs, landing and living room. New ceilings throughout spotlights in living room , new skirting boards ,boxed in pipes, walls plastered and painted, hung new doors and electric sockets moved. We had let the property fall into disrepair but Ray was undaunted by the work required when he provided the quote and even gave suggestions to enhance the improvements. All work completed to a high standard and returned to deal with snagging. Ray can turn his hand to most jobs so glad we found him a truly nice guy would not hesitate to use RB Builders again

Ray has been excellent with our renovation of the family bathroom. He has close attention to detail, and cares a great deal about doing a quality job. He always tidied up after himself which I think says a lot about one’s pride in their work. He was faced with a rather imperfect room in the shape of our old bathroom and the series of poorly executed renovations by prior owners. From his reservoirs of experience, Ray gave us great advice on which tiles to buy and which bathroom fittings and fixtures would work best in the space. He has created a neat, beautiful finish we are really happy with.

I’ve had Ray working on my property for several weeks now, and his help as well as his guidance has been honest and invaluable. Ray is clearly very proud of what he does, and works with you to achieve the best outcome for your project, not what would be quickest and most profitable for him. From working on the roof, to plastering, decorating, fitting new bathrooms and whole lot more, Ray’s work is first rate. When we’re done with him, and if you’re lucky enough to to, get him on-board. And have plenty of instant coffee and sugar handy to keep him fuelled up.

Excellent work. A good clean job that was completed on time. No “extras” on quoted price. I’ll certainly use Ray again.
