Great correspondence from Helen at Poolman's, reply within a couple of hours of job posting on checkatrade. A very helpful professional to deal with and the job was completed within approximately 24 hours of asking, I expected to wait days for an available plumber. The job was carried out quickly by a friendly, competent plumber who left no mess and took away the old equipment. I couldn't be happier with the job and highly recommend this company - good value too.

With our boiler breakdown over the weekend, consequently no hot water or heating, I contacted R B Poolmans office before opening hours, I didnt leave a message but was immediately contacted by Helen who very efficiently arranged for Tom the plummer to come and remedy the fault at lunchtime less than 4 hours later. Tom was polite and did a great job and Emily was very efficient during communications too. Highly recommended. RB Poolman also fitted and supplied this new boiler and the installers were professional and skilled and left and very tidy job.

The response to our call for an assessment was good and the further work that was needed was done quicker than first expected. Overall pleased with the work completed.
