    Blocked kitchen sink

    A blocked sink now unblocked and working fine. Rez was a bit late but communicated well. Very pleased with the work and would thoroughly recommend.

    Excellent

    Reza was very courteous and gave excellent service. He was very prompt when supplying estimates, supplying information and tracking down the correct bathroom fitments. The job was done efficiently and he left the area very clean and tidy. I would definitely use him again.

    I couldn't be happier

    I couldn't be happier. REZ arrived the same day I posted the job. He was in and done very quickly. He was also very easy to get along with. I know who to call if I ever need the help of a plumber again.

    Excellent plumber

    Rez was excellent in all respects. His communications were very clear and he arrived exactly on time. He did the job quickly and efficiently (replacing electric shower) and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

    New Shower

    Reza fitted a new shower and took out the old faulty one. He's done a great job on the shower, his communication was great, he's cleaned up after himself and he's a nice bloke. Thank you Reza.

    Fixing the toilet flush mechanism

    We do not recommend this company. We asked for the toilet flush mechanism to be fixed. Unfortunately, Reza wasn't able to establish what the problem was and what parts had to be replaced. He also broke the shut-off valve while conducting the initial investigation. We were told that he would be in touch to tell us when the required parts are available and that the valve would be fixed as well, but we haven't heard back from him since (we've been waiting for 4 weeks now).

    I’m sorry for the delay in follow-up and for the inconvenience caused. I investigated the issue thoroughly, but the flush valve is old, unbranded, and not possible to source. The fill valve cap broke due to age-related brittleness during removal. I’m happy to return and replace the broken part—just let me know when you’re available.
