Great job by Roger and son Harry in repairing a very tricky mains water leak. The pipe ran from a neighbours driveway under a poorly maintained unadopted road across into our property. Roger was quick to respond to my enquiry. After I sent him a video of the site, he promptly explained the work involved and expected cost. It took two visits to complete the job which included moling under the road and across our garden as it was difficult to locate the original pipework.The site was left clean and tidy with little evidence of the excavations. I would definitely recommend R J Water Pipes Ltd.

The work carried out by Roger and Henry was second to none from initial assessment to actual installation. Professional and courteous throughout, very highly recommended.

Roger was a pleasure to deal with. He was able to quote via a video which saved time for both of us. He arrived on time as expected and carried out the job with minimum disruption, leaving the place clean afterwards. Communication was swift and efficient from quote through to completion and payment. I was very pleased with the outcome of the job (on a slope so not the easiest!) and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roger!

Roger arrived on time. We discussed the possible places where there could be a leak. He located an internal stopcock and proved the leak was in the house which was outside his remit. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

From start to finish there was no hassle. Good contact prior to job, team turned up when expected, did the job and cleared up. Couldn't ask for more.
