Roger was always here on time to carry out the quoted work. I found him to be a very competent tradesman and always helpful. I have used him three times and would use him again if I need someone of his skills.

Roger turned up on time with his apprentice. Worked hard to complete the installation of new water pipe and new stopcock in a more accessible place. Although the job was a bit more challenging than he expected he still managed to complete the job by just after lunch time. Area was left clean and tidy. Would definiteley recommend. Update 20/7/26 I made a mistake and meant to score my review as a 10.

I cannot express how grateful we are to Roger for all his hard work and professionalism. We had a water leak in our supply pipe, Roger quoted a surprisingly good price, arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and cleanly. What I really want to thank Roger for is his support and encouragement before, during and after the job in which was a very traumatic couple of weeks for us, you sir are the best of us, no question went unanswered, no matter how irrational or unimportant it must of seemed to him. He put out minds at rest and for this I will always be grateful.

I had found that Roger and his firm RJ Waterpipes Ltd was a recommended firm of Portsmouth Water Company. As they (PWC) were going to take 4 weeks to come to my property to determine if I had a leak between the meter and house (the lawn pond was an obvious sign) I decided that I'd call RJW and get the ball rolling. Roger came within a day to assess and recommended a new pipe for the older property. Very professional in his advise and we determined a way ahead commencing in just over week away. Roger and Henry turned up on time and proceeded to do the job to my complete satisfaction .
