Robert was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We got a quote from 3 others before we found Rob. His quote was cheaper and his explanation of the work involved was far superior to anyone else we spoke with. Ultimately we felt we could trust him and very very glad we did. The work he did for us was superb and we are very happy with our new room. As well as a brilliant worker, Rob was always polite and kept us informed about everything going on. If there was a problem he let us know immediately and always listened closely to our requests. Will definitely hire for future home...

Mr Trickett has completed a number of jobs for us this month and over previous years. All work has been to the highest standard and has stood the test of time. We were particularly pleased with the installation of a handrail alongside the long front path. It looks good and is very sturdy. The site is always left very clean and tidy and all work is done within the time specified. We have no hesitation is recommending this firm.

After sorting pipe and a down pipe and remortaring the brickwork (which had crumbled away) he then completely repaired sorted and relaid our back paviours sorting out some appalling work done by another landscaper. His attention to detail was excellent and I would gladly recommend him to anyone.

On a recommendation from family who have used R.T Property Improvements before we asked Robert to install French doors where we'd previously had a window and from start to finish we were very happy with the service. His communication was always prompt and he managed to fit us in to suit our tight time frame which was much appreciated. We're really happy with the doors and everything was left immaculately when Robert was finished.

Robert was professional from start to finish. This was a large decorating job over 3 stories including 2 staircases and a gallery balustrade with numerous spindles. Robert took great care and was meticulous in his approach to undertaking this decorating job which was completed with a fantastic result. Very pleasde with the work and would highly recommend.
