Just what you want from a tradesman
To start at the beginning: Richard turned up to give me a quote exactly when he said he would. Quoted a reasonable price. Turned up to do the work on time. Did exactly what he said he would and left the job looking spot on. He cleaned up when he had finished. No fuss, no bother. Concrete small area of driveway
Richard was competitive and matched our highest quote. Unfortunately, care was not taken to cover the wet concrete and it rained immediately after laying. Richard returned a week later to create a hole in a concrete post to drain away excess water from the surface. This area now looks totally different which is disappointing. I do apologise but the weather forecast that day was fine. I can’t help if it rains and you never asked for an invoice  you chose concrete because that is all you could afford. That’s what you told me but it is rock solid and it will never move.

New driveway and patio
