Work was carried out on 19/08/15 on the flat roof as agreed with Mr Ryan, as per his guidance. Prior to that, whenever I called he would always call back within 10-12 minutes, if he was busy, then he will call back the next day to address my concerns. An agreed payment was sent with a letter on the 16/09/15, mentioning that some tidying and cleaning was not done, our next door neighbour had complained about this, I also reminded him that our agreed guarantee had not arrived. I phoned him for non-receipt of guarantee 01/10/15, he called back on the 02/10/15 and confirmed send it to me in the post. Finally I received it on the 29/10/15, I called the trader on the 02/11/15 to confirm receipt, but also to query the fact that the guarantee was for 10 years only and not 15 years as agreed I left Messages on his landline. It was a simple request to make a call and does not take long, prior to this I called him on 3 separate occasions, his did not call back. My perception of Ryan has now changed. I Believe that now he has got his payment, he see no need to respond to my problem on the roof.

I am happy for the customer’s comments to be posted on our page, sometimes we come across customers that we just cannot do right by. I would welcome any inspection of our work carried out at this site, and I am confident that the customer will not have to worry about his roof for the next 20 years, and if he does have any issues we will return to rectify them.
