We are not happy to recommend. We had 10 windows in the house replaced. 6 of them were faulty, not airtight and the design of the frames was at fault with insufficient strength for the weight of the windows. These 6 windows were replaced but the customer service was poor, the office staff were officious and rude. The sales person ran down (was rude) about other local window companies. This should have been a warning , but we were taken in by the sales pitch. The workers and installation staff were excellent, clean, considerate and respectful.

In March 2023 we chose Realistic to replace 7 windows and 2 external doors, based on a competitive quote, friendly service and a recommendation from our family who had previous experience of the firm. The installation was carried out in an efficient manner and to a high standard. Since then, Realistic have continued to offer exceptional service, swiftly resolving a few faults that have developed since the initial installation without any fuss. They have proved themselves to be a reliable company and we are pleased we chose them for the work.

Ryan, Jen and their team were faultless, from initial consultation to works and follow up we could not have asked for better. The work is completed to a very high standard and looks incredible. We now have a fully usable space instead of one that is too hot or too cold! Thank you to Realistic, would definitely recommend!

From my first meeting with Ryan I was impressed with the advice on what I required ad his no hard sell approach. His trades men were first class in there work, polite and clean. They never left a scrape of litter. There were a couple of snags during construction over come without fuss. All in all the end product was more than I expected and suitable for my disability needs. I would highly recommend Realistic especially if you have a disability.

The fitters were on time,they were very good at their job and left it with a very good finish,they were very helpful and went out of their way to answer any questions we had,they also left it really clean and tidy.i would recommend this company to anyone. 100 percent 1st class.
