  Window lock repair.

  Jason arrived within the hour as promised .He was courteous and professional with a friendly manner. He repaired / replaced 2 window locks as needed, giving explanation, advice and a reasonable price. I would definitely call Jason again if I need a locksmith.

  Jason provided an incredible service. Came at a moments notice, got us into our house, replaced the broken lock and all within 30 mins ! Excellent price too. Just superb.

  A broken key was jammed in the lock of massive aluminium glass doors leading into the garden.

  The key was jammed in the lock of the massive glass doors leading to our garden. The lock was only accessible from under the door so worse case was Jason having to remove the door, fix it then replace it. The key would not come out of the lock even before it broke off so it looked like the door would have to be removed so Jason brought a colleague just in case. As it was he somehow removed the jammed key and the door was opened by my spare key within 10 mins of him walking through the door. I had feared that it would take hours … so very pleased.

  Key stuck in the lock of massive glass sliding doors into the garden.

  I contacted Jason Owen’s of Regal Locks via Checkatrade and he responded quickly asking for photographs of the lock and doors, communicated well and was booked to resolve the issue on Saturday morning. He came prepared to remove the doors if necessary with a colleague but managed to remove the broken key and was finished within 10 minutes. Would definitely use again and recommend.

  Urgent lock repair/replacement

  The lock to my backdoor broke out of the blue. I called up Jason for help and he was with me in no time at all. He was really understanding, and was quite happy to have to climb through a small window to get outside to get the job done. Replaced my lock really quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend

  Change front door locks

  I had a good experience with Jason at Regal Locks. When I posted the job, he was very quick to respond and provided me with the information needed to make a decision on whether to hire him - which I ultimately did. The work was carried out to my satisfaction (new locks/keys and no trouble unlocking and locking the door as I had prior). The job was carried out very quickly and Jason was reliable in timings communicated overall from beginning to end. I'm happy with the work done and would highly recommend Regal Locks for reliability and services provided.
