Excellent service from start to finish, awning was fitted sooner than expected which was a real bonus given the heatwave. Installation was seamless, Liam & Nathan were brilliant and fully explained everything to me. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Excellent company & Product. Sales & installation team all joined up. The product good quality and brackets stainless steel , near the sea. Minor point , trunking should be same colour as brackets and cable - as Black, Liam solved painted. Trevor/Nigel, had a fixed price and also committed Installation date and time of quote, the stainless steel & Date. Installed on time and date. Neat tidy installation and Liam communicated throughout advising on position and wiring. Very solution orientated and Customer focused Liam adjusted the drop with us , the vibration sensor and demo. Highly recommend

Met Nigel at Swindon showroom. He reassured us that we could have an awning fitted to our south facing but very windy garden room. Took the time to show us the type of brackets used and let us choose colour (stone) with no sales pressure. Came out within a couple of days to do survey. Matt and Liam arrived to fit awning within 2 weeks. They were friendly, on time, very tidy and general nice guys. Spent time adjusting awning to optimum height and showed us everything we needed to know. The awning is great, looks really smart and means we can sit in our garden room on the sunniest days.
