Treatment and removal of a wasp nest
A really good experience right from the initial contact. The job was booked in quickly and on the day Shane arrived on time and ready. After a full explanation of what was going to be done, the job was then completed without any fuss. Highly recommended!
Wasp nest removal/extermination.
Great service all round. Very friendly and helpful when I called to request the service, likewise, quick to respond too and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. RidTEK are also very reasonably priced in comparison to their competition too so I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Reef dealt with a wasp nest in our garage. He was very knowledgeable, and explained the options to us. Everyone who I dealt with in this company was courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again if needed.

I cannot speak higher of Roo and Shane! I called their office for advice and pricing for removal of a wasp nest and Shane was at my house within 40 minutes!!!! Amazing service and such lovely kind people. Very reasonable prices with no hidden surprises and all work guaranteed. Very friendly, respectful of our home and polite. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Eradicating mice in the loft
This is a great family company to deal with. Roo in the office is so helpful and explains everything so clearly. Shane and Reef do a fantastic job of clearing every possible type of pesky critter that decides to move into your premises. Great job guys! Highly recommend their services.
Rats in loft
Ridtek identified the source of the problem quickly and put in a tactical solution to prevent further ingress. They have been back as scheduled with follow up visits as requested. Always on time. Pleasant to deal with. No nasty billing surprises. Would use again (but hope I don't have to !).
