What started out as a pleasant experience with Riley and Son's has regrettably become one which we are now seeking legal advice on. A complete 1st and 2nd fix on an extension of our new property has been started and not finished, citing issues with insulation which could have easily been rectified to allow the works to continue. Liam has not issued certificates for the work he has done, and the attitude is - find someone else to fix it! Our issues extend to light pendants being left hanging from the ceiling, plug sockets left hanging from walls and more!

Liam Riley arrived on time, carried out the planned work with some extra jobs with speed and efficiency. The safety certificates were issued promptly.
