From the first impression of their website and then speaking with staff there personally we were treated as if we were their only customer. No question was too silly. On the day of the move they were extremely helpful even offering to do more than we had asked for. It made more stress free for us, thank you all. The enduring grief of losing my dear mum made facing handling her possessions and furniture hard to bear. Lisa and David understood this and were very respectful of the delicate nature of the job.
