  These guys are the best!!

  I can't recommend this team highly enough. From start to finish, the whole team was professional, friendly, and worked incredibly hard. They kept the atmosphere light and positive throughout the day, even when faced with what turned out to be a challenging job. Moving day was hot, sweaty, and busy, but the team remained relaxed, respectful, and, above all, incredibly patient. Nothing seemed to faze them, and they tackled every challenge with a smile. It was a bit of a mission at times, but they kept going without complaint, and we even managed to have a few laughs along the way. Thank you P+L

  Very friendly staff on the phone, easy to organise quick removal service. Removal staff were friendly, hardworking, helpful and very very quick. Did a great job. Only one slight issue was that there seemed to be a miscommunication about a piece of furniture stored at another property and there was uncertainty if it would fit at the end of clearing the first property. However on discussing this with the removal staff they went to get it before the first flat was empty to ensure everything fit in.

  Great experience

  We recently used this company for a house clearance, and they were brilliant. Lisa made everything so easy with her great communication and had no problem sending over their waste disposal license and other documentation right away. It's rare to find such a stress-free service!

  Excellent packing, dismantling and moving service

  This is the first time I’ve used a packing service and Riverbank were brilliant from start to finish. The guys arrived on time and were friendly, professional, and courteous. Everything was handled with care, wrapped, and securely placed in sturdy boxes. At my new home, they unloaded everything exactly where I asked. They also efficiently disassembled two large sofas and two beds, and reassembled them perfectly at my new house, ensuring the job was completed to a high standard. I couldn’t have asked for more and highly recommend Riverbank!
