  My existing central heating boiler had finalally died. This it did in the coldest week of the year so far. After speaking to several Valliant approved installers the best offer to fit a new boiler was in 3 weeks. I then came across RJM plumbing and heating who offered me a date just before Chrismas. To my surprise 30 min later RJM phoned and offered to fit the boiler the next day!! Saturday a.m they turned up as promised and fitted my new boiler much to the delight of my wife and I. The job was completed in a thorough and professional way and at a very reasonable and non inflated price !

  As above yearly boiler Service was carried out, issue was found by Richard which he then spent over an hour longer on his allotted time to make sure it was indeed the case. Made the phone call to vallient to get it confirmed via the support team. Then arranged the booking in for the warranty work to be carried out. For us. Which is now being sorted. Gotta say Richard is a very knowledgeable boiler expert and plumber and has always gone over and above to help over the years. So would highly recommend giving him a call to see his availability.

  Richard is a great guy and absolutely one of the best professional Tradesman I've had to service my boiler over the years, ever since he put in new pipes in my kitchen when I bought and refurbished my flat. I absolutely recommend him to anyone (as would my family) as he is always completely trustworthy in terms of his advice, communication, quality, and being in my home and keeping it clean and tidy when he leaves.

  Richard was brilliant did a very thorough job.He is so knowledgeable and pleasant. He had to replace some parts so returned on the 18th May to complete the work. We were very happy customers and he is so trustworthy and honest. We will definitely be recommending him to our family and friends.
