Rich came out to review the job and gave suggestions on what would work best for us. Owen came out to install and was so informative all the way through. Absolute pleasure to have in the house and I could even leave him to it while I went to work. Owen’s singing was an added bonus! Will also came to help out 2 of the days and was so polite and helpful. Kate in the office has been extremely helpful too. Every single person I have been in contact with have just been brilliant. Great service start to finish, tidy work good communication

Always polite, tidy and do a great job.

Came quickly and declared our ancient boiler as dangerous then prioritised our young families needs. It was close to Christmas and they were busy but did a fantastic job to fit us in. I have used RNA a few times over the years in two houses and their young friendly yet experienced engineers are very good.

Good booking system, good customer service, pleasant engineers, very reliable.

Contacted RNA for service & boiler repair. Recommended a new system & within three days it was installed! Great service from start to finish, thank you especially to the fitters- respected the property, left everything tidy & knew their stuff. Highly recommended 👍
