    Stuart came out to replace sloppy handles on my upvc door. He found a new pair of handles and fitted them the next day. All done to a high standard and no stress. Very impressed.

    Front door lock to elderly Mum's house jammed over a weekend causing a lot of anxiety. Stuart of Rocks Locks provided telephone advice despite being out with his family and arranged to attend following day. No call out charge. He gave an honest opinion, breakdown of costs and took the time to explain all the options. No pressure at all. It's especially important for the elderly to feel comfortable with tradesmen in their home and Stuart certainly put her at ease. Solid strong lock provided and she feels safer than ever before. Stuart even provided extra keys. Would thoroughly recommend.
