What a brilliant bloke Sam is. Called him and was willing to wait to see if we could get someone closer and sooner. Let down by someone literally around the corner. Sam came and fixed the (horrendous) problem very quickly and efficiently. Very polite at a very reasonable price. I have used Roman Rod several times and I could not recommend this company more. Not only are they lovely people but they could not be more helpful. I had quite an emergency and they were quick to respond. They resolved the issue that other company’s have tried previously to sort but couldn’t. I would definitely use them again. Arrived within a few hours of calling. The right people for the job as they discovered a main drain blockage. Fast response, friendly,professional and effective service.
