Sam was prompt and did the job well. He unblocked my drains outside of the property for a set price. No hidden extras. Other companies would of cost extra for the time.

CCTV Survey of drainage

I was in the process of buying a house and wanted the drains checked based off a recommendation as the property was old. Sam was helpful in explaining the process, had all the right equipment and carried out the survey in a couple of hours. By next day I had a PDF report that was easy to understand with recommendations and quotes for work. Super happy with the service and would use again if needed!

What a brilliant bloke Sam is. Called him and was willing to wait to see if we could get someone closer and sooner. Let down by someone literally around the corner. Sam came and fixed the (horrendous) problem very quickly and efficiently. Very polite at a very reasonable price. Most definitely cannot recommend him highly enough

I have used Roman Rod several times and I could not recommend this company more. Not only are they lovely people but they could not be more helpful. I had quite an emergency and they were quick to respond. They resolved the issue that other company’s have tried previously to sort but couldn’t. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Sam and Jeremy for another great service.
