I found Billy using recommendations from Age Concern as needed a roof repair at my elderly parents home. Billy was quick to respond to my query. Quick to arrange a date to do the work. Was punctual on the day and completed the work professionally, despite it raining heavily. Billy and his colleague were friendly and polite. Overall a top notch customer experience from start to finish. Thanks Billy, my parents are happy and not worried about their roof now, which is a relief.

Thou I had a few 'Quotes' from other Companies I decided to call Roofing & Guttering Services. Billy popped round and was able to view the requested work. My initial call was to replace some of the roof ridges but Billy gave advice and an honest opinion on other roof work which needed attention. A date was set for the work to be carried out. The scaffolding turned up the day before, very pleasant scaffolders, no time wasted. Billy's team carried out all required work to a high standard and left the property clean. I decided to go with this company as I felt comfortable and at ease was told all the way through the process of how the day would go what stage to be done next over 5 days scaffolding up skip delivered and materials the team started Monday came Tuesday and we’re finished Wednesday afternoon scaffolding down skip collected and I have a lovely new roof I would highly recommend this company every person was professional hard working and tidy workmanship each day thankyou so very much and I’m so glad I picked your company and will recommend to anybody I know thanks again one very happy customer
