Bungalow loft conversion with dormer and Velux windows

The team has been very respectful, tidy, and creative in solving challenges as they have arisen. Costs have been transparent, and the project has progressed faster than expected. It wasn’t straightforward but Chris, Rich and Shane did a brilliant job sorting out the levels and laying the slabs beautifully with so much attention to detail. We really couldn’t be happier with the finish. They were friendly, polite and kept the area tidy at the end of every day. My name is Chris and I own, run and work onsite for Rookwood Construction. We are located at Passfield near Liphook in Hampshire and have been continually trading since 2004, with an experienced team ranging from 12 years to over 35 years.
We undertake all construction and refurbishment projects from small to large, mainly domestic, including room reconfigurations, kitchen renovations, extensions, conversions of lofts, garages, barns, stable blocks, etc and more recently for retail and equine clients, offering all the trades required to complete your project as efficiently as possible.
We are registered members of the NICEIC for all electrical work and liaise closely with architects and Structural Engineers to help design and complete your project if required.
Our team are friendly and approachable with world class customer care skills and a focus to complete your project on time and on budget. Most of our work is repeat custom or recommendation.
