    We had several pieces of work to do, including felling, pruning and stump grinding. The experience was positive from the start. Ross responded quickly to our enquiry, visited for a detailed survey and estimate and promptly fixed a date for the work. He responded flexibly to a couple of additional requests. On the day the work was carried out efficiently to a high standard, exactly as we had requested, with a highly professional result.
