Dean was really friendly & knowledgable. The gas leak we had was tiny & was not easily accessible but Dean was careful to keep disruption to a minimum & once the leak was found it sorted in 30mins. I would happily recommend Dean from Ross Heating. Friendly, polite & knowledgable. Excellent service.

Called Dean yesterday to ask if he could do a boiler service and reconnect my supply as I had a false alarm with carbon monoxide which in turn had to have my supply temporarily turned off. Very grateful Dean called in next day to carry out the reconnection and service. Turned up at the time stated and absolutely spotless in his work, no mess at all. Thoroughly recommend Dean to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Dean from Ross Heating Ltd was brilliant! He arrived on short-notice and was friendly, courteous and professional. We'll certainly be using his services and expertise again in the future.

We phoned Ross Heating when we suddenly lost our hot water. Darren was able to talk us through what to do over the phone to remedy the situation ahead of his visit the following day. He immediately fixed the issue and then went on to service our boiler. The service provided was exceptional and we have no hesitation in recommending Ross Heating.

Dean was able to fix our issue very promptly and was very professional. He was able to have a look at a second job for us during the same visit too. Highly recommend.
