Lee provide me with a very acceptable quote and on the agreed date he arrived with his colleague on time at 9-00am. They put in the post and then broke up the existing patio and removed all the rubble before relaying the patio on a carefully prepared bed. Very friendly and very professional they finished by early afternoon. A truly FIRST CLASS SERVICE. I would reccomend Lee and Rowan Groundworks to anyone considering such work.

Super efficient work. This job needed to be done urgently since we are in the process of moving house. Lee quickly came up with a solution and revised the plan when it became obvious that old drains on the property meant the soak away could not be built where we had originally wanted it to go. The job was completed in one day and everything was left beautifully tidy once it was completed.

We had a large, untidy patio area which needed a lot of work. Rowan came out quickly and gave us a very competitive price. They fitted us in quickly too. Lee and his team turned up on time as promised every day, were very friendly and kept us completely up to date with their progress. They always cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to make sure the area was left safe at the end of each day as we have young children and a dog. We are very pleased with the finished result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
